I don’t compete will it be too advanced for me

The program is made for all kind of riders.

​

I already work with a personal trainer - do I need this as well?

Riders use specific muscles. Therefore specific exercises are used.

It is suggested to use as well.

How much time will it take - I’m busy?

The time required, you choose yourself. No hurry.

The suggested time would be 15 to 20 minutes a day.

Can everybody do the exercises?
All the exercises are for everybody without any physical problems.

Can I quit the program?
You can always quit the plan, but there will be no refund.

I have physical limitations
You can do all exercises, how far it is possible for you. You can always ask our team for help.
