GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Move 2 ride These terms and conditions apply to all transactions made online with Move 2 Ride. Please read them carefully before placing an order. All agreements are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Furthermore, all disputes between us shall be settled exclusively by the Spanish courts. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to affect your legal rights. By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All transactions with Move 2 Ride are subject to these terms and conditions. By 'the company', 'we' or 'us/our' is always referred to Move 2 Ride. 'Customer' always refers to the person or persons who purchase or agree to purchase goods from the company. Any reference to the website implies a reference to all URLs owned by Move 2 Ride. Prices All prices are in euros. They include VAT at the prevailing rate unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We check prices and specifications to the best of our ability. While we make every effort to ensure that they are correct, we accept no responsibility for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without notice. If an order was accidentally placed by the customer where the items had an incorrect price, we reserve the right not to ship this order. In this exceptional case, we will contact you and come to an appropriate solution together. Orders To purchase a product you must first add the product to your shopping cart. Once you have added the desired products to your shopping cart, you can enter your contact and billing information. Then you need to provide us with the necessary details for payment of the products. If we have received all previous data, you will see a summary page. If you accept it, then your purchase is final. The purchase agreement can be concluded in the language of the website in which you buy. We accept orders via online transactions (secure server). All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and approval by the card issuer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Bancontact/Mister Cash, KBC Online/CBC Online, ING Home'Pay, Belfius Direct Net, iDEAL, PayPal, American Express, Sofort Banking and Bank Transfer. If your card issuer refuses to accept your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed. Please note that minors (under 18 years of age) may not make purchases unless they have parental or guardian consent. Delivery Products ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery method. All delivery costs are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery period. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from the day following your order. All goods are delivered subject to their availability. Promotions always run for the specified period or while supplies last. If we are unable to deliver your ordered goods within the specified or maximum delivery period, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the expected delivery date. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the 30 days, you may cancel the undelivered orders/products at any time after being notified of the late delivery. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund for the item(s) in question. If the goods delivered by us were damaged in transit, do not match the items listed on the delivery receipt or do not match the items you had ordered, you must notify us and return the items to us within 14 calendar days of their receipt. If we do not receive such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. Our liability in such cases shall be limited to the value of the items shown not to have been received by the customer. Distance selling & right of withdrawal In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel any order placed through the website for a refund within 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery date, provided the goods are unused. This does not apply to perishable goods, unsealed software or items personalized or made according to your instructions. To cancel (return) an item, you may register the item by sending us an email message at info@move2ride.com informing us of your customer number and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and keep all original packaging, and you may not use the items. The items must be returned within 14 calendar days after you send us your cancellation notice. They can be returned to our customer service department (see contact information). All items will be returned at your own expense. If the items are damaged or incorrect, we will refund the cost upon receipt of the items. If we receive the items in unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive the refund within 30 days of your cancellation notice. Force Majeure We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations if it results from, or is caused by, labor disputes or any other circumstances reasonably beyond the Company's control, such as acts of God, riots and disturbances, floods, fires, strikes, lockouts, difficulties in finding transportation and the enactment of laws. If, due to such circumstances, it becomes impossible for the company to deliver all or part of the ordered items within a reasonable period of time, the customer's liability shall be limited to the value of the items already delivered, plus any associated delivery costs. Content Any information contained on our website(s) or to be read on any printed material of the company is not considered to be compelling or recognized as best practice. It should be considered only as useful additional advice in addition to other recognized practice guidelines. All information on our website is updated regularly. Ownership of goods.
